The main components of the material are mixed by three materials: unsaturated polyester resin (UPR), calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and glass fiber. Material density can be up to 2.0P, high temperature resistance, fire prevention, moisture proof, no deformation, no shrinkage, food grade, it does not contain any harmful substances such as formaldehyde etc. It is a new kind of material like a mixture of plastic and ceramics.
This material is a totally new, customizable, thermosetting and steel molding material that can be injected and molded.
