Material Introduction

The main components of the material are mixed by three materials: unsaturated polyester resin (UPR), eco-friendly filler and bio-material. Material density can be up to 2.0P, high temperature resistance, fire prevention, moisture proof, no deformation, no shrinkage, food grade, it does not contain any harmful substances such as formaldehyde etc. It is a new kind of material like a mixture of plastic and ceramics. This material is a totally new, customizable, thermosetting and steel molding material that can be injected and molded.

Range of applications

1) New tableware series: such as plates, bowls, cups, spoons, trays, etc. It can meet the testing standards of European food grade and domestic QS food grade standards. 

Product advantages: FDA, California 65, LFGB compliant, no any formaldehyde, its working temperature ranges from minus 30 degrees to heat to 260 degrees, it also can be directly machine molded and decaled, the products can be pur into the microwave oven, oven, steam cabinet, etc. No deformation, no shrinkage, good strength, good gloss and long durability, etc.

2) Bathroom and household products series: such as hand basin, tissue box, trash can, table top, toilet cover and so on. Steel mold manufacturing, machinery molding, high output, low cost, quality assurance, machine automation can replace the manual molding resin and FRP products.
